My own view is that living trusts are over-rated and I think they should not be the default.
Also, I trust Nolo Willmaker more than Legal Zoom, because I feel there is more room for someone taking your information down to screw up Legal Zoom (vs Willmaker where you enter the information yourself). Also, I have heard bad stories about Legalzoom but not Willmaker (doesn't mean there aren't any of course), and I have compared Willmaker wills to attorney wills and been satisfied.
I would go ahead and use Willmaker-- at least buy it because even if you go to an attorney it will be money well spent in educating yourself.
