Bought ours from Home Depot about 5 years ago now iirc. It was a breeze to buy from them, delivery was hassle free, and the handful of times I've had to have it serviced they were wonderful.

Wherever you can buy a Speed Queen. Which will likely be some podunk old school independent seller.

I bought ours online through US-Appliance and was super happy, saved me quite a bit. Their website is awful but it got delivered quickly and it was easy to reach a real person with any questions.

Speed Queen though. Trust me. I did EXTREME research.

I'd try ADU or that appliance place in Rockville--am blanking on the name.

I tried Bray and Scarff and wasn't super happy. Took months to get a rebate they raved about. They charged extra for each floor up they had to move appliances. Sort of wish we'd gone Home Depot, but were trying to buy local.

After Costco, Sears, Bray and Scarf, Home Depot and Lowes, I ended up buying online a Best Buy and the experience was painless. I hate being ignored at the big box stores...

Pick your brand and model # and then price it out online at the big box stores - Best Buy, Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Also factor in delivery, installation and removal fees if they apply. Many of the box stores offer this for free with a minimum purchase, but some don't, so you have to look at how this increases the cost of the appliance.
