Just purchased two sets of appliances from Home Depot and was very pleased...also got an AMAZING price. I think their "red, white and blue" appliance sale ends today.

We have purchased a washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator from Bray and Scarff. Purchasing and installation have gone very smoothly. We had repeated problems with the dishwasher but, luckily, had purchased the service contract. Our sales person arranged service calls and, eventually, a total replacement of the dish washer. The replacement was even a slightly better model and all we had to pay for was another service contract. If you go to the Bethesda Bray and Scarff, I highly recommend Paul Walterhoefer. I checked the major big box stores and went with Lowes, love the deals and service!

We bought the dishwasher from Sears and the range from Lowes. You get a wide variety and next day delivery from Sears and Best Buy.

I just bought a washer from Home Depot and was very pleased with the experience. Install cost $15 and the guys arrived right after the service window started and were quick and polite. I bought appliances previously from Lowes and Sears and was happy with them too.

If you're looking for something higher end, I hear good things about Bray & Scarff.
