We used Blaine. They were fine. You pay a fee for the estimate call, no matter if you use them, that could be part of the bad estimates.

Another rec for Blaine Window. Regal Glass Inc. can make up the window unit, but they don't install. You could call them and they might give you the name of someone who can install. They have a pretty quick turn around so you are not waiting weeks for a new window.

Sorry, but I only know of a company in Manassas. It's strangely difficult to find reasonable window repairs these days.

No, but they had high reviews here by DCUM users. So I bookmarked them.

Maybe check Washington Checkbook? Costs ~ $28 to join and give great reviews of services.
