I've called the on-call answering service twice, and never got anyone to call me back. This was about a year ago.

Don't forget you can always call the after hours hotline if needed and they will get a nurse to call you back (i.e. if it is very late in the evening and you still didn't get a call). I had to do that twice when I went to pick up meds late and the pharmacy claimed they never got the order called in. No problems getting a call back within 15 minutes both times. http://www.shadygrovefertility.com/local-office-phone-numbers

I was worried my first time but the on call lady assured me I would get a call by 6 and if I didn't I could call her back. I got a call around 5pm!

Just got the call. I'm surprised they work this late on a Sunday! The call was to tell me that I'll be getting another call about the actual time for the trigger shot, but at least I know what I'm doing tonight. Thanks!

Call times are ridiculously late at SG. Also, I have missed trigger/start your progesterone calls altogether because they were so late--I was waiting religiously by my phone. Check your voicemail. The whole process is stressful....I left SG for a smaller practice and had 100% less stress over this! And I got pregnant!

Is this for SGF? The checkout sheet I get just has the medical codes circled of what I had on that day.

Sorry, I meant the times for calls are listed on the sign-in sheet at SGF.

My call to tell me to trigger came at 6:30 PM. They can and do call late sometimes.

Ok thanks. Thought the form for the weekends says 12-2, different hours than during the week.

On the weekends they can call as late as 6. It says this on the check in form you filled out.

It's 2:30 and I haven't got my call back from my monitoring appointment this morning. It has never been this late before. Of course, this is the most important one, because they were supposed to let me know if I should trigger tonight or do 1 more night of meds. What's the latest you've gotten a call back on the weekend? I went to the Rockville office this morning.
