Fix county Rex center had tons of aquatics groups and classes

Please tell me about winter swim teams for 9-10 year olds. Don't need to be super-competitive. Looking for a group to work on stroke development and good habits with occasional meets. Alexandria/FFX County. No more than x3 practices per week.
