Just drive around the neighborhood and see which house colors you're drawn to. Take a picture. If you see the owner outside, ask for the paint colors.

I'm partial to a putty gray with black around the windows and an eggplant door. Or a red door.

We live in a rowhouse with a great color paint and people knock on our door every month or two and ask for the paint color. I'd drive or walk around and pick your comes that way. You can just ask the homeowner if they know the color.

Can anyone provide any suggestions for color combos for exterior row houses? We have a row house between dupont and logan and it's 160 years old, stucco front. Currently horrible paint colors. So it needs repainting. The reality is that most row houses around here all use a handful of different color schemes so I was hoping there would be a simple guide online to basically set out the 5 or 6 main color schemes that people use on historic homes (like sherwin williams grey #xyz with white #abc and black #jkl, or ben moore yellow #abc, with white #xyz.... that kind of thing)! No such luck. Any suggestions for good color combos? Or even better, an online resource?
