Yeah! F that pesky 2nd Amemdment! Your special feelings trump all.

God commanded us "Thou Shalt Not Kill" - apparently the NRA trumps God himself. Or, apparently Christian gun owners are charlatans and frauds.

The gun lobby and fanatics are all for the Second Amendment part except for those superfluous words
"well regulated militia." And the mindless proliferation of guns is now allowed to threaten our SECURITY.

Though I doubt you have the capacity to comprehend it, you might consider reading the Supreme Court decision in D.C. v. Heller.

Until then, please cease bloviating.

"It's always been that way" is insufficient.

I for one am going to donate to one of those first amendment groups putting up a statue next to the Ten Commandments. I can't decide if I'm going with the Hindus or the Satanists.

It does apply. They will lose their jobs, per the law, and be replaced with folks who will fulfill the tasks related to that job.

A judge in Ohio refuses to marry a same sez couple because of his claimed religious beliefs. The Governor of Oklahoma refuses to remove a Ten Commandments monument found to be in violation of the State Constitution. Where does it stop? The framers of the US Constitution envisioned a process of amending the document, but who needs to do that when you can claim that God is on your side. I thought foreign, "Sharia" law was something to be feared. George Wallace would be so proud.
