Have the dog's bloodwork checked. Ours was postive for lyme.

Scheduled a visit with the vet on Monday. He's a little better today. Still worried about our pooch. Crazy how attached you can get to a dog. He and my youngest son have the same personality.

Were you home all day yesterday, when you are usually away during the day? My dog usually sleeps about 16 hours a day. When we are home on the weekends, you can tell he didn't get his 8 hour nap.

Have the vet check kidney function. That was the issue when this happened to my dog, combined with rear leg weakness and extreme thirst. Good luck OP!!!

I think the heatworm meds can be harmful if you skipped doses and they currently have heartworm. At least with trifexis. Get him tested soon at the vet.
Maybe he is just dehydrated?
