Wegman's carries a sweet Greek red called Sweet Mavrodaphne made from the Kourtaki grape. It is very sweet (almost desert-like), but has nice complexity and will cost you about $8-$9. Of course, a sweet Lambrusco will also do the trick.

Yes, there is--you can get ones by Barefoot and Yellowtail. They are probably terrible, but it's not for me! You could also get a bottled sangria.

OP, if you want a sparkler, look at ones that are labeled Sec, Demi-Sec or Doux.

We're all recommending whites. Did you want a red?

Try a Gewurztraminer (German or Italian) or an upstate New York Riesling (I think they have the Konstantin Frank one, which is great).

The two sweet wines that I know about are port wine and moscato.

Any recommendations? I prefer sweet, sweet wines.
