Why not?

NP. It's not like nobody has gotten pregnant back to back, it's just that it's not the best idea.

I get ovulation bleeding about 85% of the time and it is an indicator of being fertile, at least in my case. When I take an ovulation test, it always shows that I am fertile when the bleeding shows up.

I wouldn't count on mid-cycle bleeding as a fertility sign. It could be ovulation bleeding or something completely unrelated to ovulation. (FWIW, I get ovulation bleeding occasionally, but it's usually 1-2 days before I actually ovulate as confirmed by temping.) Regardless, if you bleed during/after ovulation and have sex once you see the bleeding, you could miss your fertile window altogether.

Do you monitor your cervical fluid? That's a much better indicator of fertility.

I gave birth 7 months ago. We are looking to concieve a baby but im having a hard time figuring out whats going on with my body. Ever since i got my period back, i have had bleeding between my periods. Im reading online that this could be ovulation bleeding? Assuming it is, when is a good time to have sex? Before or after the bleeding? Anyone else experience this?
