Anyone have links to recipes they've tried and love?

Be sure and get the plastic lids--the two piece metal ones are a pain and they rust.

I've had good luck with the mason jar salads. I make Greek salads that last the whole week. Olive oil vinaigrette on the bottom, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese, then lettuce. Make sure you keep a big bowl at work; you can't eat them straight out of the jar.

Not the OP but many are not the right shape for a full salad and would require storing the dressing separate. The point of mason jars is to be able to turn is over, shake it up, and be ready to eat from one container.

It's a salad, so it's as good as you make it.

I find they're good for about 4-5 days.

A few keys: don't put in anything stinky, like tuna or blue cheese. I also usually keep egg out. Bring those separately in a small container. FWIW, I usually pack my protein (chicken, egg, etc.) separately so I can change it up through the week.

Avoid onions too.

Do you make a bunch for the week? What kind of dressing/combinations do you do? Thank you!
