Sorry, I must have missed this thread earlier. I understand your perspective about the thread, but sadly our experience with nanny threads is that we have to control them pretty strictly or they get out of hand pretty quickly. The au pair forum in the nanny section has a lot of parents who could offer advice about the au pair option.

Also, because the regular and nanny forums are stored in separate databases, I can't move threads between them.

If you wont unlock it, would you mind moving it for me so the responses can continue?

I posted in off-topic bc I was looking for advice on how to structure it from other parents. When I have posted in the nanny forums, I only see comments like "you better pay $30hr" or "no one wants to do all that" and I rarely see anything helpful. I need a parents perspective, not a nanny's.
