Do they like baseball? I know tons of men and their teen boys who go to games at different parks across the country. Major league, minor league, whatever. You could find one that sounds good and plan a trip around that.

My first thought was williamsburg/VA beach too. Mix of beach and Busch Gardens/Water Country should keep them busy!
