The camp for older kids is a mix and match camp, with different choices in the morning/afternoon. You choose your activities by the week. We liked this because they could do academic enrichment in the morning and then a more "exciting" activity in the afternoon. We've done basketball, soccer, all sports, and trailblazers. The academic enrichment class wasn't the most rigorous, but it was a good refresher. The instructors didn't know where my kids are at (e.g., she's in 3rd grade but she can do 4th-5th grade math), so it's good to keep on top of what work they are doing there. At one point, there was low enrollment for one of the sports, so the kids who signed up for that sport were moved into the "all sports" group. We were totally fine with that, but some parents may not be.
The camp for preschoolers (bright lights) is also fun and age appropriate. They have their own separate track with teachers who can deal with the younger age group. It is a good option for kids who do better in smaller groups.
Kids have always enjoyed it. We sent our kids many years in a row. We've noticed that kids usually attend for multiple consecutive weeks, which helps them to build friendships. My kids cried at the end of the summer when they had to say goodbye to their friends/teachers.
