OP here and I have searched but haven't found this shape yet! Was hoping someone has seen it and could point me in the right direction.

Every big retailer that offers customizable sectionals can do this...pottery barn, crate and barrel, west elm, ikea, etc. You will also find lots of similar options - both stocked and customizable at any large furniture store - Belfort, Greenfront, etc. not trying to be snarky, but in the time it took to write your post, you could've found three options.
