Sure, they can keep it in their warehouse, but it will generally take 6-10 weeks to deliver anyway.

Yeah, most furniture isn't ready to go for at least a month or six weeks. I think you can schedule delivery. I had to hold a furniture delivery because it came in later than expected and we were in the NICU by then. It was no big deal, they just held it at the warehouse.

Like the OP of the previous thread we find ourselves in the position of needing several rooms worth of furniture. We would like to take advantage of 7/4 sales; however we will not be moving until early August. Will stores allow us to buy now, but schedule delivery for Aug?
