I've used Americanframe.com I just sent them the dimensions and they mailed me the frame.

I bought a cool poster that I would like to frame and put in DD's room, but it's a non-standard size The poster was $40, so I don't want to spend $400 on a frame from a frame shop. Are there any online custom framing sites that you recommend?
