Not necessarily: According to FCPS website for this school year, for Vienna E.S., the AAP center is Louise Archer for grades 3-4, and Colvin Run for grades 5-6. Then the middle school for AAP would either be Jackson or Kilmer, depending on which cohort year the student is in. Theoretically, if the OP wanted the AAP center for both of her kids, depending on how they designate the centers for next school year, the OP could have one child at one AAP center, and one child at another AAP center.
Be sure to check the FCPS website for boundary and school information:
http://boundary.fcps.edu/boundary/
And remember that some schools offer AAP at the base school (LLIV). Not all schools with LLIV at the base school will show up on the FCPS website that way... you may have to narrow down your search and then call each school to see whether it offers LLIV.
Also, if you're going to need SACC (the before/after child care), you will want to get on the wait list as soon as possible. The wait lists move faster at some schools than others...
Good luck, OP... and welcome to the area!
