I don't do grandmotherly things, and I'd feel weird being called Grandma-Anything by a kid the same age as my youngest child. They won't call me by my first name, though I've told them they can. They're very sweet kids, brought up well, and I think they don't feel it's respectful to call an older adult by a first name.
If you're that young, then maybe Mrs. ____, with either your first name or something cute like an initial or a variation on your first name.
