Read the "How do I get my neighbors cats to stop pooping in my yard" thread. Then go to Walmart and get a plastic sandbox with a cover.

Sandlock-great sandboxes-expensive but they last forever and you can get a custom cover-you can also make it work on a slope pretty easily.

Try Handy. They'll send someone who's qualified for the project.

I do agree with the poster who suggests you re-think the sandbox idea though. It's easy to get a pool from Target and grab a couple bags of sand from Home Depot yourself.

I wouldnt get a permanent sandbox. Children get uninterested with them really quickly. Get a small pool and fill with sand. Make sure to cover it

If you have wildlife or cats in your neighborhood you should get a covered sandbox. We had an uncovered one and quickly discovered animal poop. We ended up buying a plastic sandbox that has a cover.

Who can I hire to build a sandbox and hang a tire swing? Any other ideas to make the backyard kid friendly.
