Your attitude is good in that you are keeping things real & in the proper perspective.
I didn't see any deal-breakers in your "con" list. Each and every one of us has flaws...So our spouses may have little things that we wish were different about them, but are we void of any of these flaws ourselves...?? No way.

Great dad
Cares about his extended family
Usually goes along with whatever activity I plan and doesn't complain
Ambitious
Intelligent- I remember having boyfriends who I felt like I couldn't have an intelligent conversation with and thinking "I have to marry a guy who can hold a smart conversation."
Generous and helpful
Cons:
His ambition can get the best of him. I sometimes wish he was that guy who would happily stay at a job for 5+ years but mine likes to bounce around when he gets bored or feels he isn't being utilized. It isn't bad. It's just for my personality it can be stressful.
Can be prickly and sensitive
Not great with money
Overall I am very lucky.
