This is all over, and it's a disgrace. It's also technically illegal, but no one cares since there are no consequences. This is also legalized age discrimination since - as with Disney - many of the displaced are older workers. Meanwhile, their young poorly paid replacements will be worked to death - without overtime, since they will be classified as 'managers'. Personally, I think this is short-sighted on the part of the corporations. Many foreign workers have decent communication skills, but many do not. This can cause real problems. Anyone who tried accessing the first iteration of the Obamacare website saw this firsthand.

You can and should boycott Disney, but this is really the fault of our craven politicians who support the corporate fiction that there aren't enough qualified American workers to do these jobs.

Because disney (like apple) has transcended bad PR because they 'got that crack'.

ESPN, Marvel Comics, Star Wars, Mickey Mouse - their IP has the masses addicted like crack.

Bad PR doesn't hurt Disney like it would GM.

It's one thing to say: US citizens who are qualified for a competitive job deserve better chances of employment at a US company than similarly qualified immigrants.

It's a whole 'other thing to say "those obviously qualified immigrants are actually not qualified and I say that because I hate their race and THAT'S why Americans should be employed at said company!"

My dad spent 2 hrs holding, got someone like this and promptly hung up. Didn't blame him one bit.
