Rina. It is my sister's Hebrew name and I have also met a South Asian Rina, though I don't know how common it is.

I like Mira and Maya.

For boys, I know a Simha. It has nice meanings in both languages: 'Lion' in Sanskrit, 'Joy' in Hebrew

For boys:

Aviram is Hebrew and sounds easily Hindu.
Kian has origins in both, though is not super common in either
Aaron/Aarin (in addition to Arun)
Raayan is only Hindu, but I like the Hebrew meaning (graceful)
Ari is a common Hebrew name and a name for Vishnu
Isaac is actually a top 50 name in India, though I assume its because its killing it with the non-Hindu population

Neta is a word in Hindi, means leader, but I've never heard it being used as a name, only a title. (I'm Indian)
Suggestions- Anita, Daya (may be pronounced differently)

Note that Aaron/Arun are not pronounced at all the same way, though.

Is "Tara" ever a Jewish name? Because it is an Indian one, albeit with a different pronunciation.

Atara is a Hebrew/Jewish name.
