Yes, Ghiradelli is amazing.

I've made another one from scratch that uses three different chocolates (cooks illustrated) that is even better, but can't find the recipe because I haven't used it in years. Too high maintenance.

Would one use milk instead of water for this recipe? Or is that just for cake mixes?


PP. I use water and it comes out rich enough...but could be worth a try. Is this a reason to make a pan?
