if one of your embryos implants in the lining of your uterus then you will not have a period. Any other egg(s) that gets released just disappears and dies if it is not fertilized.
Have a period does not flush your eggs out... it is the shedding of the lining of the uterus because there is no embryo and therefore there is no nourishment(blood) needed.

Thanks for clarifying. I am just freaked out that I still have about 14 follicles ~10mm each inside me, since it's not a microscopic smth, I am just concerned how this mass will "just die and disappear". We're talking a few cubic inches of volume here...
