Depends what you mean by older...I'll go a few years older but generally I'm dating a little younger because I'm looking for a relationship.

I'm dating two men atm. I'm 30 one guy is mid 46 one is 22.

Pros: sex lasts longer. The younger one has more stamina. He's less controlling. We have more fun.

Cons: He isn't financially stable like the other guy. The older guy is a better lover over all because of experience. He doesn't get some cultural references I make. Immaturity.

I'm dating a guy 2 years younger than me. We are in our mid-late twenties. I don't see any cons other than the fact that he doesn't make much money.

I'm dating a man 7 years my junior.

Pros: has tons of energy and enthusiasm, is really hot, not jaded, doesn't have a lot of baggage from previous relationships
Cons: I do worry sometimes if he'll leave me for someone closer to his age. I'm getting to the point where I'll be out of my childbearing years pretty soon, and he doesn't have any kids yet. We haven't been dating long enough to talk about that though.

Right now I'm just taking it one day at a time and enjoying it. Pros definitely outweigh the cons at this point.

Pro: Very attractive, great sex. Very flexible attitude towards life. Optimistic. Pleasant to be around.

Con: Concern that eventually I will look older. Seems more likely that common interests will wane.

Me. I'm only 27, but always date guys a couple years younger.

Pros: dont try to tell you what to do, dont try to control things

Cons: immature, dont have their act together financially

Major Pro: very very hot.

Lots of women do. Can't you imagine the pros/cons? I think they're fairly obvious.

The pros are that it can make you feel young again and that the sex is often better since older men have performance issues.

The cons are that being around him can make you feel old at times and that overall, you are a fun thing to him while he was a more serious investment for you.

Plus, chances are that he will tire of you first and move on.

Cons: less relatable than guys my age. More impulsive (could just be his personality though). He didn't need or want as much sleep as I did.

Pros: lots of fun. Mind blowing sex. Frequent, mind blowing sex. The kind of sex I had in college, with college guys who could go all night, except I'm older now and can appreciate it and I'm less inhibited.

OP here: I should add that I'm not really looking for an LTR or a marriage at this point. I'm just looking to date for fun.

What are the pros and cons from your experience?
