This isn't really an option for us. We have a tiny close-in backyard which is 15 feet wide and 38 feet deep. We need 28 feet or something like that for the car. The alley is also very tight so you don't come in straight -- so it's not just a matter of two rows of pavers for the tiles. Also, we don't use the car every day, so I would assume any grass underneath would die -- leaving only about 4 feet of grass on either side of the car. So if we use real grass, it's going to look pretty crappy. If we bricked it, it would have to cover pretty much the whole yard (for same reasons as above). That's why turf is an interesting option.
