- increased body/face skin dryness/itchiness. Maybe caused by extra/loose skin?
- facial (especially forehead) wrinkles that seemed to pop up out of nowhere (from fat loss). did you do anything about them?
- menstrual changes. for YEARS mine came on a Thursday night (while on the pill). Now it comes a day and a half earlier, like clockwork. Why??
I feel like there are other things I've experienced that are weird, but can't think of them. If you lost a large chunk of weight, did you experience any weird (but not really dangerous) health/body things that you think were related?
I'm in my early 30s, and find myself considering botox (despite generally hating the shit people do cosmetically). I do use sunscreen, wear hats, and don't spend large amounts of time in the sun - but I think I lost a lot of forehead fat (weird as that sounds) that seems to have really sped up the process.
There are lots of benefits to losing weight (and being fit), but there are definitely some down sides that people don't really talk about...
