I once attended a party where they had a Brazilian BBQ man working the grill (he probably brought his grill, too). He brought the meat, beef and chicken I think, and also made grilled pineapples. The hosts served salads and everything else. I thought it was great.
It was a while ago, so I don't know where you would find this service.
