I would love a spa day.

Diamond earrings or necklace.

I say offer her an experience vs. a material item.

Experts are even saying that experiences are much more priceless than tangible items since we live in a time now where we are encouraged to de-clutter and recycle. In other words, less is more.

I say whisk her away for a romantic weekend. Pony up for a hotel and have an enjoyable weekend somewhere. Have a couples massage. A private fancy dinner in your room. Horseback riding. A visit to a theme park.

Make some great memories will surely mean more to her than a basket of bath salts. Or even a new mink coat.

Well...maybe.

Not the OP, just throwing the idea out there, but thoughts about a spa day?

I think a weekend trip is a great idea. Have everything planned and taken care of.

We've been dating a year. She is younger and does not want to get married yet. I've discussed this with her.

How old are you two?

31 and 26.

Get her a nice pair of diamond studs or earnings. A spa day is fine if she likes it. Not all women like it. I'd rather have jewelry I can keep vs a spa day.

Sounds like a keeper! Maybe you should ask her to move in.

I make a great living. I can afford quite a bit. I would really love to ask her to move in with me! A weekend away sounds great but I have a broken ankle and it won't be helped for anther month. My friends gf said a nice spa day would be appreciated. What do you think?

I think jewelry would be better. Earrings or a necklace. NO rings. The ring box can be bad to gift

A marriage proposal with a nice ring for 9+ months. Otherwise, a nice pair of earrings, necklace or both.

My gf a year is literally the most amazing woman I know. I lost a loved one months ago and she was right by my side through it all. My mom has been having a hard time and S went over on her day off to clean and prepare meals for her. I broke my ankle a week back and she too care of me. Stocking my fridge, doing my laundry, etc. She even gave me a body massage with a some oral action.

I really want to treat her to something nice and special. I'm a horrible gift giver and I think this is beyond just a fancy dinner. Help me with some ideas.
