What will your new zip code be? If you'll be in 20817, I recommend joining the 20817 listserv (Yahoo Groups) and searching the archives. There are always folks recommending companies on there.

Plumber

Mold remediation (one room had a water leak--not a systematic problem)

HVAC contractor
