Mine was covered by insurance but I tested positive for Antiphospholipid Antibodies so it was covered under that. I think the code was for general autoimmune condition or something like that. It was a couple years ago so I don't know what the code was.

What CPT code did you use for IVIG? Did it get covered by insurance?
