Canvas like but softer

What is the fabric? Magic eraser works well on microsuede.

I very naively purchased a nice pottery barn set in an off white/light tan color just before my baby was born. Ff two years and it's still in great shape but it is so filthy. Can this be saved? The only thing I can think to do is put a sofa cover on it but in my experience those never look good.
