I'm a 32G, and I wash after 1-3 wearings, depending on weather and how much I've sweated. If you have a large cup size, the band is wider and so closer to your armpits. I would think small busted women could get away with less frequent washing because the top of the band is further from stinky pits.
My bras are about $70. I put them in a mesh bag and machine wash on gentle, hang to dry. The heat of the dryer does the most damage to bras because it kills elastic.
