OK I'm great with curtains. NO valances and NO half length curtains. They're crazy out of style. Really a dated look by about 20 years.

I would do all floor length curtains (and make sure they actually hit the floor, not several inches above). Cornice boards are nice and so are roman shades.

Do a roman shade with the same pattern as the full length panels.

I have an open-style 1200SF ranch style house. In the living room/dinning room area there are 3 windows. Two windows are full length at the front of the house and look great with 84 inch long curtains. My issue is there is a third shorter window on another wall, about half the length of the other two (like what is usually above a sink, but it isn't) in the dining area. I can't figure out what style window treatment, a valance, curtain panels that come a little past the bottom of the window but not all the way to the floor, or the same to-the-floor ones on the other windows. All three windows will have the same design, it is the length I'm having issue with. All the windows are visible from any where in the front section of the house. I'm leaning towards the valance but don't love the idea.
Thanks
