Since you are asking about this year's 3rd grade at FH, from what I can tell the majority stayed at FH. I don't think there were as many identified this year though as other years.

Thank you. That is what I thought, but it contradicts the numbers from the pyramid.

So it looks like around 10 to 12 kids from each grade (3rd to 6th) go to Center.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think a kid who has an IEP and AAP eligible is counted as a special education (not aap) for the counting purposes on dashboard.

I suspect there are a lot of errors in the dashboard and other FCPS data on special programs.. I found this out by trying to determine how many kids our AAP center MS was receiving from another MS without an AAP center. The information that FCPS had put out suggested there were dozens of 7th graders and virtually no 8th graders from the other school. I knew that had to be wrong, and FCPS confirmed it was incorrect, but they never went back and fixed it. They are trying to be more transparent but, with so many schools and programs, they have a hard time reporting all the data correctly. It bothers me, though, to think that some of these mistakes potentially might affect enrollment projections as well.

So the PP who walked you through the dashboard did a great job, but you still need to be skeptical about the information as reported.

The latest numbers I have (from January) show Flint Hill LLIV with 16 in 3rd grade, 24 in 4th grade, 29 in 5th grade, and 20 in 6th grade. It appears as though the 3rd grade number is incorrect on Dashboard.

3. Now to see how many students chose the Center option. You will need to use the Pyramid & Programs Dashboard (third option towards the top of the screen):

Then, towards the top of the screen on the right side under the orange bar, select AAP Transfer View. Then scroll down to see the "Base School" numbers corresponding to the Attending School. For Camelot ES, there is 1 in 3rd grade, 2 in 4th grade, 5 in 5th grade, and 1 in 6th grade.

I am trying to find out how many students who have been selected for AAP level 4 opted to stay at local and how many opted to go to center. Reading the old threads it looks like one should be able to find this information from FCPS dashboard site.
