There actually seems to be two posters. Or, it could be the same one using a phone and a home computer. Most of the posts are from a phone and blocking that IP would block other users of the mobile network. I have to work a little harder to identify posts from that poster, but I'm on it.

Jeff, you've been great about removing these posts when I or others report them. Any chance of blocking this person? It's getting tedious....
