I was charting with clear O and my period would show up 4-5 days late sometimes with a faint BFP and other times none. It turned out I had implantation problems. Once those were addressed I had back to back successful pregnancies (after 8 first trimester losses and several other suspected implantation failures).
How did you fix implantation issues?
Neupogen primarily plus a cocktail of prednisone and intralipids
The fact that it worked twice in a row means there is such a thing that causes issues (debated by some REs) and that it is treatable if you have a doctor who knows how to recognize and treat it.

But it could also be from a BFP. You just don't know. And we on the internet just don't know either. For every story 'that is just like yours' that leads to a BFP, you will hear a story 'that is just like yours' that leads to a BFN.
Take a deep breath and do something distracting and just hold on until your Beta
Good Luck!
