The way you've presented it, of course not. But I find when someone presents vague hypotheticals like this on DCUM, there's ALWAYS more to the story.

If you have to fill in or cover for someone else while they are out, do they ask you to finish up the their work that you could not complete while they were out? I'm having this happen with a coworker who is out a lot. So I'm doing my job and hers while she's out, and because I couldn't get to it all I have to still help her out when she gets back?
