If you've already had tons of water, you're probably not dehydrated anymore. Perhaps you're still recovering from the virus that caused the problem.

Sport drinks
Pedialyte
Lemonade

If that doesn't work, then go to urgent care. They will hook you up.

Also bananas like a PP suggested. I know one of the drips my cousin got was some sort of potassium.

Potassium deficiency? Try bananas.

OP, try some chicken broth or bullion to see if it helps. Sometimes the salt really makes the difference.

No, no. Sorry. Dry sense of humor fail.

It was sort of a joke. I meant without having to go to urgent care or the ER. I feel awful, but I'm still at work and still have two kids to deal with tonight. Ugh, the prospect of dinner makes me nauseous.

They will ask some questions about how you got that way. You could always just say you got a stomach bug (I actually was in the ER for dehydration after a stomach bug), and they will want bloodwork, etc.

I'd go to urgent care, there may be an underlying issue

I somehow let myself get dehydrated Friday or Saturday and have felt terrible ever since. It's like having a three day hangover. Throbbing head, nausea, diarrhea, feeling woozy. I've tried drinking tons of water, Vitamin Water, ginger ale for the nausea, eating a lot, eating nothing, eating salty foods. Nothing is working. Any advice?

Alternately, does anyone know where I can get an IV, no questions asked.
