Edison is a tech program with about 500 kids, so it's much smaller than any MCPS comprehensive high school. I guess it's a foot in the door but in no way is this comparable to being the principal at Wilson. There's also less accountability as the students' test scores aren't broken out separately, but instead included with the scores of other students at their base schools.

He's great and will do great back in Montgomery County. lucky Edison HS. I agree with PP-as a Wilson parent we miss his leadership very much.

The Montgomery County people must not have bothered to contact his references in D.C. I mean, DCPS had good reasons to fire him from Wilson, right? Such rubes in MoCo, no due diligence whatsoever...
