Congratulations for your dad. Maybe you can lose some of that contempt when you've tried to do it once or twice.

I have no intention of running 10 miles. But I am astonished the people see it as an excuse to corrode themselves with crap foods. Very American.

I had an egg and cheese sesame bagel with bacon about an hour after I finished 10 this morning. Then I eat a normal dinner. If this is the first time you've done it, Congrats!

I ran 10 yesterday and had Thai for dinner.

Last weekend it was 16, and I splurged with two meals out: Elevation Burger for lunch and sushi for dinner.

Rehydrating will probably help with the hunger too - if you can have milk or water or herbal teas that would help.

Great job! I can barely keep up with 2 miles .
Have small portions of something you really like.

I don't consider sushi a splurge at all, so I would say Thai or hamburgers.

Thai! A mix of carbs and protein are good after a tough workout. Also, three words: mango sticky rice!

Bacon double cheeseburger, large fries, chocolate shake, cheesecake for dessert.

I can't decide what to splurge on dinner tonight and want to eat everything. Pizza, Thai, Sushi, Indian, Hamburgers, Kabobs.

Is any a standout logical choice above the rest? Really I just want to eat the entire world.
