+1. Much better than it was during the ridiculous Izzy ghost sex season.

+1 to all of this. You can tell when an actor is on her shit list because their story lines either become non-existent or completely ridiculous.

+2 SR has an ego that matches all of the actors on her show combined. And she NEVER forgets a grudge.

I googled it but didn't turn up anything. What are the facts behind the claim that Dempsey is a "Diva?"

+1 And I feel like I've been saying that for at least 5 years [spoiler alert] ever since the Meredith going off the side of the ferry.

He filed for divorce in January. He's probably in the throes of a midlife crisis.

It seems like SR doesn't play well with others. By others' accounts, Dempsey is a nice guy.

He may be nice is all other respects, but he's been very vocal over the past year or so about being bored with the show and wanting to be done with it so he can focus on his racing. I can see that getting incredibly tiring to work with after a while.

I can't believe Grey's hasn't taken the path of other great series and killed itself off -- about 5 years ago.

Let's teach our children to accept that as a major character on a network TV drama you will be on death's door several times until they run out of compelling storylines and kill you off to recapture some publicity.
