Actually, I think Grey's is better than it needs to be. Yeah, it's not as good as it was in its heyday, but I'm still enjoying the show.

He filed for divorce in January. He's probably in the throes of a midlife crisis.

I think Shonda Rhimes is the diva in this situation.

But Grey's jumped the shark years ago, IMO.

He may be nice is all other respects, but he's been very vocal over the past year or so about being bored with the show and wanting to be done with it so he can focus on his racing. I can see that getting incredibly tiring to work with after a while.

I can't believe Grey's hasn't taken the path of other great series and killed itself off -- about 5 years ago.
