What happens to our Virginia / Fed insurance rate? Is there a way to calculate the increaese?
What is the best way to write the layoff letter so she can't recieve unemployment and the least amount of questions from unemployment agency?
How is this a layoff? The requirements of the job have changed and she is unable/unwilling to accommodate the change. You are firing her.
