I am the poster of the quoted message. When we did a reno in 2003 our fancy Bethesda builder used a cheapo place and the tub finish only lasted two years (like so many other things that he did). So I had the Miracle Method job done in 2005, so it's been 10 years not 12. Still looks the same as when it was done though (as I previously mentioned).
