I was so saddened to learn this, too. Still so young, and what great memories he helped to create on Anne of Green Gables. I wish it were otherwise

The actor who played Gilbert in the Anne of Green Gables miniseries has died of a brain hemorrhage. He was only 48. I had such a crush on him as a kid.
