Yeah, she went through the jugular in such a mean way. She was angry, sure, but that's no excuse to deliberately demean someone in that manner - it reflects her true character and I doubt she's truly sorry, just sorry she was caught.
She should be fired, not just suspended.

The parking lot behind Hunan One is not dedicated to Hunan One -- there are spaces that are not assigned to the restaurant. She probably didn't see that.

Agreed 100%...sure, I've caught myself dropping the f bomb before to a Comcast rep (or someone in similar position) but then I catch myself and apologize as I know they're just doing their job and I'm incredibly frustrated by the situation. You catch more flies with honey anyway![]()
