She's fine!!
I foster and last week my tiny chihuahua foster pup wiggled out of my arms while I was carrying her down the back steps, fell to the ground, got up, peed, and ran happily around the yard.
They're resilient. If she's not limping or doing anything concerning, she'll be okay! And good for you, letting her sleep in bed. Crate training is incredibly useful and definitely something you want to work on, but puppies are used to sleeping with mom and siblings, and being alone all night can be really rough. Feed her in the crate and use it for short periods when you're home but busy. Give her a kong or fun toy, and she'll learn to like it.
