The earlier the better - 7 am is VASTLY different than 8:45.

Subject: Commuting from Great Falls to Bethesda
I need to get to Bethesda (right off 495/270) from Great Falls (near rt 7 & 193) between 8-9:30am during the week. Are there any times between 7-8:45 where the traffic has lulls? Is 193 better than the toll road or vice versa? Is there a better navigation app than Waze?
Or should I just download another book onto my Audible?
